Eat the right food
Food is an important aspect of our daily activities, without food we can’t exercise and eating the right food could easily help us reach our destination. Like they always say, “you are what you eat”. After you must have gone through the proper exercise, your buttocks are now in a position to grow. After exercising There will be some tiny tears in the gluteal and surrounding muscles in your butt region. At this point, your butt needs the right amount of calories to heal. There certain foods that you can take in other to get your desired butt size.
Take in lots of Protein:
Every woman needs protein since it’s a major food for bodybuilding and you obviously want to make those butts bigger. Once you are exercising and want to make your butts bigger, it simply means that you have to increase your protein intake. I would say take protein in every meal, around 16 to 30g of protein per meal would be good. Also while working out instead of taking water, you could take drinks that contain protein such as milk or yoghurt.
You can get a good quantity of protein from Egg-white, Turkey, Tilapia fish, Salmon, Vegetable Burger, Soya Nuts Etc.
You can also take in vegetables since they contain anti-oxidants and nutrients that could enhance booty growth. Try taking foods like Spinach, Broccoli, Tomatoes, Kale etc. Carbohydrates too are not left out since they provide energy which you need for your daily butt exercise, you could take in some oats, Brown rice, sweet potatoes, coo coos etc.
